Donald Adams Fowle was born in Woburn, MA on May 24, 1889. He attended Rindge Technical School, the Massachusetts School of Art and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Fowle was a Woburn resident and prominent architect who became the Chief Architect for the Federal Housing Administration in Boston during the Roosevelt Administration.
